Returns Policy
At Tether Pets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent returns process. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process all returns.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tetherpets.com.au with your order details and the reason for the return. After reaching out, we will provide you with return shipping details and any additional requirements. Once you have the instructions, carefully package the item and ship it back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
